We cannot accept returns/refunds but if the item has been received either faulty/wrongly personalised due to our mistake we are prepared to offer alterative solutions/replacement but we ask you to return this item to us before a replacement can be sent, you would need to reach out to us via email within 48 hours of delivery our email is:

Package would need to be sent back in original packaging, un used.
